4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are listed in EURO and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium on orders above €50
- Free international shipping on orders above €150
Order Processing
Orders placed before 16:00 are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier on the same business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands: usually delivered the next business day
- Belgium: approximately 1–2 business days
- International: approximately 3–10 business days depending on the destination
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to busy periods, customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may register a return request within 14 days after receiving their order.
After submitting the return request, the returned items must be received by EDMOND GREY within 14 days.
Returns must be registered through our official return portal:

Returned items must:
- be unworn and unused
- be unwashed and not tumble dried
- be in original condition
- include original tags and packaging where possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, drying, damage or use may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned items.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility
All returns must be registered through the official return portal and shipped using the provided return label where applicable.
Returned packages that:
- are not registered through the return portal
- are not shipped using the provided return label
- or become lost during transit
remain the responsibility and risk of the customer until successfully received by EDMOND GREY.
As long as the returned items have not been received by our warehouse, the return cannot be processed and no refund will be issued.
8. Order Cancellation
EDMOND GREY reserves the right to cancel orders in situations including, but not limited to:
- suspected fraudulent activity
- payment verification issues
- unavailable inventory
- technical errors
- incorrect pricing
If an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, a full refund will be issued.
