Returns

At EDMOND GREY, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason your order is not the right fit, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Customers may register a return request within 14 days after receiving their order.

After submitting the return request, the returned items must be received by EDMOND GREY within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed and not tumble dried
• Be in original condition
• Include original tags and packaging where possible

Items that show signs of wear, washing, drying, damage or use may not qualify for a refund.

EDMOND GREY reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

Returns Netherlands & Belgium

Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge when the original order qualified for free shipping.

This means:

• Orders above €50 → free shipping & free returns
• Orders below €50 → return costs apply

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as EDMOND GREY cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Labels & Shipping Responsibility

All returns must be registered through our official return portal and shipped using the return label provided by EDMOND GREY where applicable.

Returned packages that:

• have not been registered through the return portal
• are not shipped using the provided return label
• or become lost during transit

remain the responsibility and risk of the customer until successfully received by EDMOND GREY.

As long as the returned items have not been received by our warehouse, the return cannot be processed and no refund will be issued.

Return Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will process the return within 14 days.

After the return has been processed and approved, the refunded amount will be transferred back to the original payment method within [refundtransferdays] business days.

Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

EDMOND GREY reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that:

• have been worn or used
• have been washed or tumble dried
• are returned damaged
• are missing original tags
• do not meet the return requirements

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@edmondgrey.com within 14 days after delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
